Stock Trading Market

It is the market in which shares are issued and traded either through exchanges or over-the-counter markets. It promotes investment in corporate securities, providing capital for new businesses and income for investors. Some exchange members are specialists in particular types of securities, while others act as agents for other brokers. The main purpose of a stock market is to facilitate the exchange of securities between buyers and sellers.

There are two main types of stock available to the public. The common stock is owned by many investors and it is more widely available. Companies generally offer this type of stock to the public to raise money. The preferred stock represents ownership of a corporation, but it differs in several aspects.

Stocks that are handled by one or more stock exchanges are called listed stocks. Each and every exchange has its own criteria and standards. Once a company is listed, trading in its stock will be blocked if the company's financial condition devolves to the point that it no longer meets the exchange's minimum requirements. The different types of traders are scalpers, momentum traders, technical traders and fundamental traders.

There are different stock exchanges that are offering stocks for investors. Out of all these, NASDAQ is the most popular stock exchange. Other largest stock exchange in the U.S. is New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which is formed in 1792. The activities of the stock market are closely monitored by the federal Securities and Exchange Commission to prevent the manipulation of stock prices and other activities that lessen investor confidence. The third largest exchange in the U.S. is the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). The AMEX used to be an alternative to the NYSE, but that role has since been filled by the NASDAQ.

In fact, the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), which is the parent of NASDAQ, bought the AMEX in 1998. Almost all trading now on the AMEX is in small-cap stocks and derivatives. There are many stock exchanges located in just about every country around the world. The two other main financial hubs are London, home of the London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong, home of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The OTCBB is home to penny stocks because there is little to no regulation.

Market of the stock market - a short history

There is no quick way of earning money or gain wealth, but continue to work hard and appreciate the work it does.

Every day, more people are attracted to markets Fellows than ever before. They have been led by a dream to carve a niche for themselves by trading in the stock market. They hope to make huge amounts of money from trading stocks. But most of the time, these people are raw and with out any experience to boast about.

It does not take long when some clever guy arrives...
Telling his story, as a melodious;

And the rest of the story becomes a repeat of the past.

Several years back, I had read an article in a magazine. It is a beautiful story to be told with the exception that I remember of which he wrote. But the history is for mostto understand the shenanigans of some smart operators found all on this planet. This is history...

Once in a village, a man of neighbour city appears and announced to the villagers that he would purchase monkeys for $10.

The villagers saw that there were many monkeys autour, went to the forest and started catching them. Man bought hundreds to $10, and as supplies began to decline, the villagers have stopped their effort and are returned to work on their farms.

In addition, the man of the city announced would now buy monkeys to $20. This renewed efforts by the villagers and they started again catching monkeys.

Soon the supply has decreased even further and people began to return to their farms. Got supply rate increases to $25 now and the supply of monkeys become so little that it was an effort to see even a monkey, not to mention catch it!

Now, man announced that it would buy monkeys to $50!

However, since he must go to the city on some cases, his assistant would now buy for him.

Once that the man of the city left the village, his assistant called the villagers and their a said.

Watch all these monkeys in the big cage human collected. I will sell to you at $35 and when the man of the city, you can sell it for $50.

The villagers pressed with all their savings and bought the monkeys.

Then they have never seen the man or his assistant, only monkeys everywhere!

Welcome to the 'Stock' market!

"Not what you want is all that you really need"
The standard of the company is motivated by the lure of gain,
Are you ready to follow, tell me, are you ready to lead?
So persevere and you will succeed. »

-Quotations shaggy

The moral of the story is never "work on something in the precipitation of ignorance or greed." Always remember that the man who has acquired knowledge is the man who succeeds. Therefore, it must work hard to acquire knowledge and to have patience. Patience is the best friend of the time. It encourages to have faith in the proven rules and confidence in her ability to their wise use.
